Gregg leverages more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate complex wealth management and financial planning decisions. As a co-founder of Bearing360 Wealth, he leads the firm’s efforts to deliver comprehensive, objective, and highly customized planning solutions. Gregg works closely with clients, fellow advisors, CPAs, and attorneys to coordinate thoughtful strategies designed to help families achieve their financial and legacy goals with confidence.
His advice is informed by extensive experience in tax planning, estate planning, trust administration, retirement planning, and wealth transfer strategies. Prior to co-founding Bearing360 Wealth, Gregg spent 20 years with Wells Fargo and 8 years with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, building a depth of expertise that enables him to guide clients through a wide range of financial opportunities and challenges. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®), along with holding several industry designations throughout his career.
Gregg is deeply passionate about helping people improve their financial lives and regularly provides pro bono guidance to friends, family members, and others in need of financial counsel. Outside of the office, Gregg and his wife, Denise, live in Prior Lake and enjoy traveling the world, often sharing those experiences with their six children. In his free time, Gregg enjoys golf, skiing, and fishing, and is an avid sports fan with a particular interest in professional golf. He especially enjoys attending several PGA Tour events each year.
