Lucelia serves as our Client Associate, providing exceptional support and helping ensure a seamless client experience. She manages account servicing, operational requests, and ongoing client needs, taking pride in delivering prompt, thoughtful service and ensuring clients receive the attentive support and responsiveness they deserve.
With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lucelia has built extensive expertise in client service and operations. She works closely with clients and advisors to ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Lucelia earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Anhembi Morumbi in São Paulo, Brazil.
A native of Brazil, Lucelia moved to Minnesota after graduating from college and is still trying to adapt to the cold winters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and attending their sporting events, traveling, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.
